Glut 1 and cardio - takes longer to kick in than Glut 4, but it does kick in


This seems like a really important study. It says that Glut 1, which increases w cardio and helps use sugar better, increased w exercise - but only after 31 days. Glut 4, which increases w weight training especially, also increased, but after 5 days. Bottom line, it takes longer for the Glut 1 effect of cardio to kick in compared to weight training, but it is there.
